CONSISTENT CARE OPTIONS

This covers both the fees for Westchase Sitters and the standard pay for the caregivers.

Instead of a one-time placement fee, you are required to sign up for a VIP membership for the duration of the relationship.

- Provides ongoing direct support from the agency.

- Agency takes charge of scheduling and coordination with your caregiver.

- VIP Membership included with access to backup care options in case the caregiver falls ill, or needs time off ($495 value annually).

- Nanny placement guarantee of 20 days covered in

Placement Fee.

- Conveniently pay via credit card through the app per day or week.

The hourly rate is determined by you, the family. Our minimum starting rate for Nannies is $25/hr, excluding an additional $3 per hour for agency fees on the Nanny's wages.

There is a one-time placement fee to ensure finding the perfect match. No additional membership is required; instead, you will receive a complimentary membership throughout our partnership. A $300 deposit is due after submitting the placement form.
