Access your personalized portal for easy scheduling, updates, and payments. You can submit requests to Sitters and manage them here. While we can’t guarantee any of our Sitters’ availability, our goal is for you to build your own village and make special requests for your favorite Sitters. We log check-in and check-out times along with activities for each visit, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Your designated Sitter arrives at your home, following your specific requests for your children (or pets). Plus, enjoy the convenience of hassle-free payments via credit card through the app. Rest easy knowing your loved ones are in great hands!

As a Sitter the application process includes a in person interview, background check, complete a driving record screening, and in house training. Additionally, all of our Sitters are CPR certified for infants and children. Our Sitters go above and beyond and most of them are nurses, graduate students, entrepreneurs, or moms with empty nests!

Yes, we have a 2 hour minimum for all sitting jobs. You are able to hire a Sitter for less time but are required to pay the 2 hour rate.

Although our Sitters are not paid to be cleaning ladies they are capable of assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as dishes, kids' laundry, and tidying up toys. However, please note that our Sitters are not mind readers. If you would like specific assistance with these chores, kindly communicate your expectations with your Sitter.

Our Sitters span a diverse range of ages, from 18 years old to mature adults. They are typically nurses, graduate students, entrepreneurs, or moms with empty nests. We prioritize a variety of backgrounds and experiences to ensure you find a Sitter that suits your family's unique needs.

No. All bookings must be made through the Westchase Sitters platform. Off-platform bookings violate our policies and undermine the services, support, and safety standards we provide. If you've coordinated with a preferred Sitter, they can submit the booking through the platform on your behalf.

We understand plans change, but our Sitters rely on confirmed bookings.
Less than 3 hours notice: Full wages due to agency and Sitter
Less than 24 hours notice: $60 cancellation fee
More than 24 hours notice: No fee

Tipping shows extra appreciation, especially during holidays, but is not required or expected.

One Sitter can take care of a maximum of 5 children. However, if families were interested in group date nights where the they bring all the children to one house, we will accommodate with two or more Sitters as necessary. Please contact us directly to inquire.

Yes. Our Sitters have experience with specialty diets (gluten free, vegetarian, and food allergies) upon request.

Yes, many of our Sitters are qualified to provide transportation and have successfully completed a comprehensive driving record screening as part of our vetting process. If transportation will be needed during an appointment, please select the "DRIVING REQUIRED" special consideration when submitting your request and include any relevant details, including destination addresses, so your Sitter can be properly informed and prepared. Families are responsible for reimbursing Sitters for any driving completed during the appointment at the current IRS mileage reimbursement rate, which is presently $0.725 PER MILE.

Sitter cancellations are uncommon, but they do happen. If a cancellation occurs during business hours, our team will make every effort to help find a replacement.
Families can also repost the request to the Job Board or confirm another preferred Sitter through the app. While we'll do our best to assist, replacement care cannot be guaranteed, and we'll notify you promptly if coverage cannot be secured.
